I have 3 meals in a day! The first meal was at 9 AM which was kinda late compared to everyone cause my school started at 1 PM so I have plenty of time to get ready before a long day at school. The second meal was at 11 AM, I need to prepare lunch quickly or I will be late for school.








Well, I have some healthy eating habits too! Since my mom loves eating yogurt, I love to eat them too. Eating yogurt is really good for your digestive system. And also my mom and I frequently make salads such as tuna salad, Russian salad, or fruit salad,. Especially after dinner, my family would eat fruits like mango, apple, or grapefruit. It will boost your vitamin C and helps your skin always hydrated and whiten.




 I avoid eating junk food and sweets because of the high calories, which may cause some illnesses like obesity, heart attack, and many things. In the past, I may not have had a balanced diet but luckily I realized this is not the healthy life I want, so I started again and try to have a better and healthier life as best as I can.



So I will give you some advice to have a healthier diet and a balanced life. First of all, you must avoid high calories in food and just eat it at least once a week. Second, you should do some activities to burn calories, they give you a bunch of benefits such as a better mood and memory,... I know for some people doing exercise may be hard and I suggest you should swimming. Swimming is the best way to burn calories and it's not hard to do it.
